EuroPal Forum organised a parliamentary delegation to Jordan in January 2016, with the aim of deepening political understanding of Jordan’s strategic role in the Palestinian context. The delegation focused on Jordan’s custodianship of the Al-Aqsa Mosque and its broader position in relation to the peace process in the region.
Participants were provided with high-level access to key Jordanian figures and institutions. Meetings were held with senior government ministers and officials, culminating in an audience with King Abdullah II himself.
